2026 jl Platform Rules

1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

Term	Definition

"Platform"	The website, mobile interface, and any other digital medium through which 2026 jl services are delivered to players.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 2026 jl platform, creating an account, or using any of the services offered, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the platform. These documents are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the complete agreement between you and 2026 jl.

3 Eligibility & Registration

• Your date of birth
• Your current residential address in the Philippines
• A valid Philippine mobile number

You agree to promptly update your account information if any of the above details change. 2026 jl reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the accuracy of the information provided at any time.

3.4 One Account Policy

Each individual may register only one account on the 2026 jl platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. 2026 jl employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended, and any balances held therein may be forfeited.

4 Account Management

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 2026 jl account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 2026 jl will never request your password through any communication channel, including email, live chat, or telephone.

You agree to notify 2026 jl immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. 2026 jl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

4.2 Account Verification (KYC)

As part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations, 2026 jl may require you to submit identity verification documents before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine passport, driver's licence, or government-issued ID. Proof of address and proof of payment method may also be required.

Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of withdrawal requests until verification is completed.

4.3 Account Closure

You may request the closure of your 2026 jl account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

All deposits on the 2026 jl platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. 2026 jl accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other payment methods as listed on the platform's cashier page. Accepted payment methods are subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your 2026 jl account instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to be credited. 2026 jl does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on 2026 jl are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC completed) before any withdrawal can be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to verification requirements.
• GCash withdrawals, once approved, are typically credited within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Any bonus funds that have not satisfied applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.

2026 jl reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request and to delay processing where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

5.3 Currency

All transactions on the 2026 jl platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). If you fund your account using a payment method denominated in a different currency, your payment provider will apply its own exchange rate and any applicable conversion fees. 2026 jl is not responsible for currency conversion costs incurred by the Player.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

From time to time, 2026 jl may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms & Conditions.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all 2026 jl promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only and may be subject to geographic, game, or payment method restrictions.
• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• Real-money funds are used before bonus funds in all wagering activity, unless otherwise specified.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier (e.g., 30x) applied to the bonus amount, the deposit amount, or both, as specified in the individual promotion terms. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — contribution percentages are published in the promotion terms.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

2026 jl actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting promotional offers through low-risk betting strategies, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or any other conduct designed to circumvent the spirit of a promotion. Where bonus abuse is detected, 2026 jl reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the Player's account.

7 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 2026 jl platform — including slots, live dealer games, poker, bingo, and sports betting — are governed by individual game rules published within the platform. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before participating.

All casino games on 2026 jl use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published in the game information panels. 2026 jl does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to influence the result of any individual game round.

In the event of a technical malfunction or error during a game, 2026 jl reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wagered amount to the Player's account. Winnings generated as a result of a technical error are not valid and will not be paid out.

8 Prohibited Conduct

• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or 2026 jl staff
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the platform's software

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 2026 jl platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface elements — is the intellectual property of 2026 jl or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the 2026 jl platform without prior written consent.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 2026 jl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

2026 jl's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The 2026 jl platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 2026 jl makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous availability, it does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

11 Privacy & Data

The collection, use, and storage of your personal data by 2026 jl is governed by the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

2026 jl complies with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and identity verification providers as necessary to operate the platform and comply with legal obligations.

12 Responsible Gaming

2026 jl is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players directly from their account settings:

• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose within a defined period.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the 2026 jl platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

For disputes relating to gaming outcomes or account decisions, Players may also escalate their complaint to 2026 jl's internal dispute resolution process by contacting customer support. 2026 jl will acknowledge all formal complaints within two (2) business days and aim to provide a final resolution within fourteen (14) business days.
